Recover when a quote, slot, policy, or link changed

Steps

1. Read which item changed: quote, availability, policy, management link, or offer.
2. Use the page's refresh, return, or requote action once.
3. Review the newly returned duration, value, time, and policy.
4. Confirm again only when the refreshed details are acceptable.
5. Stop when the page says a link or one-time offer is terminal.

Expired configuration quote

The recipe remains saved. Request a fresh quote, review the returned duration and value, then continue with the new signed token.

The selected time is no longer available

Availability is not a hold. Return to the time selection, choose a currently available slot, and review the appointment again. Do not repeatedly submit the old time.

The salon policy changed

ilinara returns you to availability and loads the current public-safe policy snapshot. Read it and confirm again only if you accept the updated terms. The old submission is not silently repeated.

A waitlist offer changed or ended

A stale or expired availability token can refresh into a reviewable offer. A consumed, expired, declined, or unavailable one-time offer is terminal. Return to the reusable waitlist management link if it remains active.

Keep payment, language, and time clear

ilinara V1 shows informational appointment value and says that payment is made at the salon. The explicit language choice remains sticky across the public journey. Appointment time always follows the salon location's time zone, not the device time zone.

If it does not work

• If a refresh still fails, return to the salon's trusted booking page or contact channel.
• Never edit a private token, repeatedly submit stale values, or infer that a slot was held.
