This policy explains the browser storage used by ilinara.com, when optional measurement starts, and how to change or withdraw a choice.

Necessary cookies keep the site usable and preserve an explicit choice. They do not activate Google Analytics or advertising.
Optional measurement
In the EEA, United Kingdom, and—by conservative ilinara product policy—Switzerland, Google code does not load before analytics consent. Elsewhere, privacy-light analytics may start by default while every advertising consent remains denied. You can reject or change this at any time.

What measurement may contain
Permitted events use controlled categories such as route role, locale, device category, and completed action type. ilinara does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form content, help-search text, appointment details, management links, precise location, or payment information to Google Analytics.
Country-level decision
AWS Amplify Hosting supplies a CloudFront country code to server-side code. ilinara uses that coarse code only to choose the consent experience. It is not exposed to page scripts or forwarded to Google. If the trusted header is unavailable, optional measurement fails closed and the banner is shown.
Change or withdraw consent
Open Cookie choices and save a new decision. Rejecting analytics updates Google Consent Mode before any later event, stops future optional event delivery, clears measurement journey state, and attempts to expire accessible Google measurement cookies. Server and Google retention or deletion controls remain separate operational obligations.
