Cookie policy
This policy explains the cookies and browser storage used by the WinkOffice product ilinara, when optional measurement starts, and how to change or withdraw a choice.

ilinara is a WinkOffice product. WinkOffice is responsible for the ilinara website, business accounts, subscription administration, support, and product measurement. A salon may separately be responsible for the appointment information it uses to provide salon services.

Necessary storage
Necessary cookies keep the site usable and preserve an explicit choice. They do not activate Google Analytics or advertising.
Optional measurement
In the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Türkiye, Google code does not load before analytics or advertising consent. In the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, limited analytics and non-personalized advertising measurement may start by default. Advertising personalization remains denied, and Cookie choices is always available so you can opt out or change the decision at any time. In other or unknown regions, optional measurement remains off until you choose.

What measurement may contain
Permitted events use controlled categories such as route role, locale, device category, and completed action type. ilinara does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form content, help-search text, appointment details, management links, precise location, or payment information to Google Analytics.
Country-level decision
ilinara uses a coarse country signal from its hosting service only to choose the appropriate consent experience. The signal is not shared with page scripts or sent to Google. When the country is unknown, optional measurement remains off and the consent banner is shown.
Change or withdraw consent
Open Cookie choices and save a new decision. Rejecting analytics updates Google Consent Mode before any later event, stops future optional event delivery, clears measurement journey state, and attempts to expire accessible Google measurement cookies. Server and Google retention or deletion controls remain separate operational obligations.
