The result page shows whether the appointment is confirmed immediately or requested for salon confirmation and provides the next safe action.
Before you start
- Open the booking link supplied by the salon and check the salon and location.
- Have your name and mobile number ready; an ilinara account is not required.
Steps
- Choose the location when the salon has more than one.
- Choose one service and complete any required configuration.
- Choose a named professional or any suitable professional when the salon permits it.
- Choose an available date and time.
- Enter your name and mobile number, plus email only where it is labelled optional.
- Review the service, location time, informational appointment value, and current salon policy.
- Confirm once and wait for the result page.
What the salon confirms for you
Price, duration, availability, and booking policy arrive from the salon's product data. An availability slot is not held while you are reviewing. Final confirmation rechecks the slot, so another guest may take it first.
After confirmation
Keep the secure management link from the confirmation. It lets you view the appointment and use the actions the salon currently allows without creating an account.
If it does not work
- If the quote, policy, or time changes, use the page's refresh or return action and review the new details before confirming again.
- Never repeatedly submit an old time; availability is not a hold.
