Terms of service

The Ilinara service

Ilinara provides online software that helps salons publish services, manage operations and availability, and accept appointment requests. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while taking reasonable steps to avoid material disruption to a paid service.

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials and private management links secure, use the service lawfully, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.

Salon services and appointments

The salon, not Ilinara, provides and is responsible for the treatment, its description, availability, suitability, appointment policy, performance, and salon-customer relationship.

Quotes and availability are time-limited. A time is not reserved until confirmation. Salon guests pay the salon directly unless a future checkout clearly says otherwise.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid Ilinara plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, trial terms, and the next billing date are shown before purchase. Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes the SaaS payment under its buyer terms.

You may cancel renewal through the available billing controls. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally create a refund or credit for the current period. Our Refund policy forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, bypass security, interfere with availability, access another user's data without authority, upload unlawful or harmful material, send unlawful communications, reverse engineer except where law permits, or violate another person's rights.

We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address unpaid fees.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit and grant Ilinara the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit it to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and lawful basis.

Ilinara and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, branding, and documentation.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilinara is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or the acts, omissions, or services of a salon.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without removing mandatory protections available to a consumer in their country of residence.
