Information we process

We process business-account and contact details; salon, location, team, service, availability, and appointment information; support communications; language and privacy choices; and records needed to operate and protect ilinara.

A public booking may include the guest's name, mobile number, optional email address, service preferences, optional notes, and optional salon-marketing choice. A visitor may also save an unfinished booking or booking-journey check in that visitor's browser. The Cookie policy identifies this browser storage and how long it remains.

For an ilinara SaaS subscription, Paddle processes checkout and payment details under its own terms. ilinara receives the customer, transaction, subscription, and billing status needed to administer the subscription, but does not see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

We use personal information to provide and secure the platform; create, deliver, and manage appointments; send service messages; support users; manage account access and subscriptions; prevent misuse; comply with law; and understand whether our website and onboarding work as intended.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, our legal bases are performing a contract or taking requested pre-contract steps, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with legal duties, and consent for optional marketing communications or device-based analytics and advertising measurement.

Who receives it

Booking information is shared with the salon responsible for the appointment. We use Amazon Web Services for cloud hosting, storage, content delivery, authentication, and operational communications; Paddle for ilinara subscription checkout and billing; and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads for the limited website measurement described in the Cookie policy when the applicable choice or reviewed country policy allows it. Providers receive only the information needed for their role.

Marketing Google code is not loaded on isolated booking, appointment-management, waitlist, or product documents. We do not sell personal information. A salon guest's appointment payment remains between the guest and the salon; ilinara's SaaS checkout does not collect that salon-service payment.

Transfers and retention

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognised safeguards for those transfers.

We keep information only as long as needed for account operation, security, dispute handling, tax, accounting, and other legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in the Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Email support@ilinara.com to exercise a right or ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity. For salon-controlled records, contact the salon first.

Security and changes

We use organisational and technical measures designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. ilinara is intended for businesses and adults arranging salon services, not for children to use independently.

We may update this policy when our service or legal duties change. Material updates will be published here with a new effective date.
