Accept or decline a waitlist offer
Review the current offered time and salon terms, then use a private one-time offer once.

The page shows a confirmed appointment, an explicit decline, a refreshed offer, or a terminal offer state.
Before you start
- Open the private one-time offer link and confirm the salon, location, and time.
Steps
- Review the offered time in the salon location's time zone.
- Read the current policy and pay-at-salon terms.
- Choose Accept offered time once to create the appointment, or Decline offer once to release the offer.
- Wait for the final state before closing the page.
The offer link is one-time and private
It is different from the reusable waitlist-management link. Never paste either full URL into search, analytics, feedback, or messages.
Declining does not promise another offer
The waitlist request remains active only when the resulting state says it does. Customers still pay the salon; accepting the time does not collect payment through ilinara.
If it does not work
- If details changed, review the refreshed offer and act again only after reading it.
- Consumed, expired, declined, or unavailable offers are terminal; do not alter or replace the private link.
