- Return to the time step.
- Load current availability.
- Confirm the salon location's time zone.
- Choose a different offered time.
- Review service, value, customer details, and policy.
- Confirm once.
Why the conflict happens
Availability is not a hold. The ilinara rechecks the time inside the appointment or reschedule transaction, so another booking can take it first.
Share only safe diagnostics
A salon name, non-private link route type, location time zone, visible message, and time are enough. Never share a complete private link, private link, payment details, or unnecessary customer data.
If it does not work
- If no time fits, join the waitlist only when the salon offers it; a waitlist is not a reservation.
- If the conflict repeats, stop after one reviewed submission and use a trusted route already published by the salon.
