Pause, resume, or cancel a waitlist request
Use the reusable private management link to change the current waitlist state safely.

The page shows the authoritative active, paused, resumed, or cancelled waitlist state.
Before you start
- Open the reusable private waitlist-management link and read the current state.
Steps
- Choose Pause to stop matching while preserving the request.
- Choose Resume to make a paused request eligible again.
- Choose Cancel only when you intend to end the request.
- Wait for the updated state after one action.
A waitlist request is not a reservation
Active status allows matching but does not hold a time or guarantee an offer. Pausing stops matching; resuming restores eligibility only.
Keep the reusable link private
It is not the same as a one-time offer link. Never paste the complete URL into search, analytics, feedback, screenshots, or messages.
If it does not work
- Cancellation is terminal; do not assume the request can be restored.
- Do not edit preferred times while travelling until the page can prove the salon location's time zone conversion.
