Keep private booking links safe

Treat appointment, waitlist-management, and offer URLs as credentials that grant access to a specific journey.

In short

Private access remains confined to the intended appointment, waitlist request, or one-time offer.

Before you start

  • Use the original link only in the intended ilinara page.

Steps

  1. Keep the complete URL private.
  2. Open it only from a trusted device and browser.
  3. Describe only the route type and visible state when asking the salon for help.
  4. Stop if the page says the private link is terminal or invalid.

Places that must not receive the link

Do not paste complete private URLs into analytics, search, feedback, screenshots, support records, social posts, or messages. Do not include passwords, codes, payment details, or customer notes either.

Different links have different authority

An appointment-management link can expose allowed appointment actions. A reusable waitlist link manages one request. A one-time offer link accepts or declines one offered time. They are not interchangeable.

If it does not work

  • Never edit, guess, shorten, or exchange private link between journeys.
  • If access is unavailable, use a trusted contact route already published by the salon; this article sends no request.
