The management page shows the updated appointment time or cancellation state authorized by the salon's current policy.
Before you start
- Use the private management link supplied after confirmation. It contains an opaque token; treat the full URL as private.
Steps
- Open the original management link.
- Check the salon, service, location, and appointment time.
- Choose only an action shown as available.
- For rescheduling, select and review a new offered time before confirming.
- For cancellation, read the policy and confirm only when you intend to release the appointment.
- Wait for the updated appointment state before closing the page.
Reschedule
Choose a new time from the availability offered by the salon and review it before confirming. The salon's reschedule deadline may make this action unavailable close to the appointment.
Cancel
Read the cancellation policy and confirm the destructive action only when you intend to release the appointment. A cancellation deadline may remove this action.
Protect the management link
Anyone with a valid management link may be able to view or use the allowed appointment actions. Do not post it publicly. If the link is unavailable or expired, return to the salon's trusted contact channel rather than editing the token.
If it does not work
- If an action is absent, the current state or policy does not permit it; contact the salon through a trusted channel.
- If the private link is expired or unavailable, do not edit its token or share it publicly.
