Read whether an appointment is confirmed now or waiting for an authorized salon decision.

A request remains a request until an authoritative later state says it is confirmed.
Before you start
- Wait for the result of one successful Confirm appointment submission.
Steps
- Read the exact result heading.
- Treat Your appointment is confirmed as confirmed now.
- Treat Your appointment request was sent as awaiting salon action.
- Keep the private management link secure if one is provided.
The two headings are not interchangeable
Instant confirmation creates a confirmed result. Manual confirmation creates a request that still needs the salon's authorized decision. Help copy must never rewrite Request sent as Booked or Confirmed.
The result is not a payment receipt
The displayed appointment value is informational. Customers pay the salon; confirmed or requested does not mean a payment was collected by ilinara.
If it does not work
- Do not submit the same stale slot again to try to change the result.
- If the current state is unavailable, use a trusted contact route already published by the salon; this article sends no request.
