Release an appointment from its private management link when the salon's current policy allows cancellation.

Before you start
- Open the private management link and confirm that Cancel appointment is available.
Steps
- Choose Cancel appointment.
- Read the released-time warning.
- Add a reason only if you want to.
- Choose Cancel appointment once to confirm.
- Wait for Your appointment was cancelled.
Cancellation is a terminal action
This action is not documented as reversible. It does not promise a notification, refund, restored appointment, or automatic waitlist fill. Customers pay the salon, and the salon owns any payment or refund conversation.
Protect the management link
The complete link is a credential. Never paste it into search, analytics, feedback, screenshots, or a message.
If it does not work
- Choose Keep appointment before final confirmation to leave it unchanged.
- If cancellation is unavailable, use a trusted contact channel already published by the salon; this article sends no request.
