The page confirms an active, paused, resumed, or cancelled waitlist request, or a terminal accepted or declined offer state.
Before you start
- Complete the service, configuration, professional preference, and search window first.
- Join only after the booking journey reports that no suitable appointment is available.
Steps
- Choose Join waitlist and enter the required contact details.
- Submit once and keep the returned reusable management link private.
- Use that link to pause, resume, or cancel the request.
- If a separate one-time slot offer arrives, open it and review the offered time and current salon policy.
- Accept once to create the appointment or decline to release the offer.
Manage your request
The reusable waitlist management link can show the current request and the actions allowed for its state. Pausing keeps the request but stops active matching; resuming makes it active again; cancelling is terminal.
Respond to a one-time slot offer
A slot-offer link is different from the reusable waitlist management link. Review the offered time and current salon policy. Accept once to create the appointment, or decline to release the offer.
If the offered time or policy changed
ilinara refreshes the offer and asks you to review again. It never silently repeats your acceptance. If the offer is consumed or unavailable, it stays terminal and no appointment is fabricated.
If it does not work
- If an offered time or policy changes, review the refreshed offer before acting again.
- A consumed, expired, declined, or unavailable offer is terminal; return to the reusable management link if it remains active.
