In short

Customers see the published version. Later edits stay in the draft until you publish again.

Before you start

  • Sign in with permission to edit and publish salon information.

Steps

  1. Complete the salon name and short description. Edit services, professionals and locations in their own management areas.
  2. Add a cover and gallery in Salon Page. Use a 16:9 cover, 4:3 gallery and square portraits.
  3. Choose JPG, PNG or WebP images up to 8 MB and 24 megapixels each. Only a scaled WebP is retained; originals are not stored.
  4. Optionally add Instagram, WhatsApp, phone or email. Leave unwanted contact fields empty.
  5. Save and review both mobile and desktop previews. Saving does not change the live page.
  6. Publish, open the published page to check it, then copy its link or share its QR code.

Keep photos clear and lightweight

Add up to 20 gallery photos with useful alternative text. Private customer appointment photos never become gallery content.

Presentation and booking open separately

Salon identity and a description are sufficient for a presentation page. Disabled booking shows an explicit unavailable state without invented times. Existing secure appointment management links keep working.

If it does not work

  • If publishing fails, complete the fields shown and retry. The previous publication remains available.
  • If online booking is unavailable, check the active location, service, professional, working hours and notifications. The presentation page can stay published with booking disabled.
